We are pleased to announce that Shaw and Partners has entered into a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club in WA.

This enhances our ongoing commitment to the Shaw and Partners WA Race Week and strengthens our support for the lifesaving movement in Australia.

This new sponsorship complements our existing partnerships with North Bondi, BMD Northcliffe and Grange Surf Lifesaving Clubs.

Shaw and Partners is proud to continue supporting the lifesaving community, both locally and nationally.

After many years of supporting the local and national surf lifesaving community, Shaw and Partners are proud to announce it has entered into a significant multi-year partnership with Sorrento Surf Lifesaving Club WA (SoSLSC)!

Under the agreement Shaw and Partners Financial Services (Shaw), who provide valuable support to Surf Life Saving Australia through lifesaving clubs and the wider lifesaving movement across Australia, become a major partner of the SoSLSC Youth, Seniors, Open & Masters participation, development & competition programs.
These important programs provide key pathways for not only skill development and competition activities but are also a key contributor to significantly enhancing patrolling and mentoring capabilities.

Commenting on the agreement, SoSLSC President Ron Morris said, “We have had a strong relationship with Shaw for many years through the Shaw and Partners WA Race Week and via their recent support of our Nippers program, however this agreement takes our relationship to a new level.”
“Working with the Shaw WA office and the wider network to expand these key programs will greatly assist us reach our goal of becoming one of Australia’s leading surf lifesaving clubs, excelling in lifesaving, beach education, participation, development and competition.”

In addition to Shaw livery being prominently displayed on a range of club assets and apparel, this partnership Shaw and SoLSC will actively advance opportunities for WA staff and clients to be introduced to surf lifesaving activities and improve their own first aid skills and fitness levels through in-office first aid training and a range of "learn to" programs being conducted by the club.

Shaw are strong supporters of the Lifesaving movement in Australia, via sponsorships of North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club, BMD Northcliffe Surf Club & Grange Surf Lifesaving Club, and major sponsorships of a range of other ironman and ski endurance events.
Shaw would also like to thank David Tasker who sits on the board of SoLSC as a volunteer, devoting an enormous amount of time and effort in the local community. David has championed the relationship and exciting partnership between SoLSC and Shaw!
