Shaw and Partners raises $10,000 for Deaf Olympics hopefuls Foundation08 May 2025

Last month, our Melbourne office rallied around a cause that truly matters — helping Deaf Basketball Australia and The Geckos raise $130,000 to compete in the Deaf Olympics in Tokyo this November.

 

To support their journey, we held an Easter raffle featuring a giant 2.3kg chocolate bunny and raised $2,720! With personal contributions, matched funding from the Shaw and Partners Foundation, and a generous $4,600 donation from our CEO Earl Evans, we reached a fantastic total of $10,040.

 

Congratulations to our Senior Investment Adviser Gavin Randles for winning the bunny — and even more so for donating it to St Vincent’s Hospital. A generous gesture that reflects the spirit of this campaign.
