Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the Dominion Income Trust 1 (ASX.DN1) $300m initial public offering.
Dominion Income Trust 1 is proposing to raise a minimum of A$150.0 million and a maximum of A$300.0 million through the issue of a maximum of 3.0 million new fully paid ordinary Units in the Trust at an Offer Price of A$100.00 per Unit.
The Trust will invest in a note that intends to gain exposure to debt instruments including loans, trust interests, notes and bank facilities originated or issued by corporates, banks, and non-bank financial debt issuers who have demonstrated strong financial performance and underwriting, as assessed by the Manager’s investment and risk management process. The note will execute the strategy largely through investing in a blend of various investment funds managed by Realm Investment House.
