Shaw and Partners is pleased to have been appointed as a Joint Lead Manager to Revolution Private Credit Income Trust (ASX:REV) $400m initial public offering.
Revolution Private Credit Income Trust is proposing to raise a minimum of A$150 million and a maximum of A$400 million through the issue of a maximum of 200 million new fully paid ordinary units in the Fund at an Offer Price of A$2.00 per unit.
The Revolution Private Credit Income Trust (“Trust”) is designed to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns and regular income for investors, with a core focus on capital preservation and portfolio diversification. The Trust achieves this objective through investments in private credit assets across three major credit segments:
1. Direct Lending to Corporates: Senior secured loans to mid-sized and large companies, primarily in Australia and New Zealand, providing debt funding for business growth, recapitalisations, and acquisitions
2. Asset Backed Securities (ABS): Exposure to structured credit originating from diversified pools of loans, such as residential mortgages, auto loans, and consumer receivables, sourced and managed by Revolution’s specialist credit investment team
3. Commercial Real Estate Loans (excluding construction/development): Senior secured lending to stabilised, income-producing commercial real estate assets, focusing on office, industrial, and retail properties
