Congratulations to Shaw and Partners brand ambassadors, Ali Day and Lana Rogers, for winning the Shaw and Partners Summer of Surf series on the Gold Coast this weekend.
The Shaw and Partners Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic was again this year a massive double-header, three-day event of action-packed racing with thousands of spectators at the Northcliffe SLSC, enjoying a Red Bull air show, skydive display, national anthem, and over 1200 competitors battling it out in the water for a massive $200,000 prize pool and the series crown.
We received massive coverage, with Shaw and Partners branding displayed front and centre at the Northcliffe SLSC and in the Gold Coast Bulletin throughout the weekend, not to mention being showcased live on the Channel 7 network, Saturday and Sunday.
What an incredible year for both Ali Day and Lana Rogers, winning the Coolangatta Gold, Nutri-Grain Iron Series, and now the Summer of Surf, making Shaw and Partners extremely proud.
It was a phenomenal event and the finale of an incredible series. Congratulations to everyone involved, especially the Summer of Surf team and the Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club, for delivering a world-class event.
