Shaw and Partners appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the capital raising by Mayur Resources Corporate13 Mar 2024

Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by Mayur Resources Ltd (ASX.MRL).

 

The Company is seeking to raise up to A$5.0 million by way of an Institutional Placement via the issue of approximately 25.0 million new fully paid CDIs in the Company.

 

Participants in the offer will receive one free unlisted attaching option for every two New CDIs allocated. 

 

Attaching Options will be exercisable at A$0.25 per option and will expire 24 months from the date of the issue.

 

Mayur Resources Ltd is developing a renewable energy portfolio and minerals business in PNG to
answer the growing call from the mining and construction industries in the Asia Pacific region for “net zero” inputs.
