The important message around building mental fitness will again be at the forefront of the second annual Gotcha4Life Cup. Shaw and Partners is thrilled to announce our support for this great initiative that combines our passion for rugby league, community support, and mental health awareness for the second year running.
To be played on Thursday, 3 August, at the Sydney Cricket Ground, the Gotcha4Life Cup will see the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and the Sydney Roosters go head-to-head for the cup. But, as mates off the field, they’ll set aside their on-field rivalry to share the message around the importance of building mental fitness.
Shaw and Partners Financial Services is thrilled to once again be partnering with long-term partners and friends, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and Gotcha4Life Foundation and will be donating $100,000 to Gotcha4Life Foundation in honour of this match. Sydney Roosters’ major partner, Unibet, will also be donating $100,000, making a grand total of $200,000 towards delivering Australian mental fitness programs. Shaw and Partners will also give up our sternum branding for this game, donating the branding opportunity to Gotcha4Life.
Founded by Gus Worland, Gotcha4Life is a not-for-profit foundation with a goal of zero suicides, taking action by delivering mental fitness programs that engage, educate and empower schools, sporting clubs, workplaces and community groups.
