Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by Antipa Minerals Limited (ASX.AZY).

The Company is seeking to raise up to A$4.0 million by way of a single tranche, non-underwritten Placement of new ordinary fully paid shares issued at A$0.013 and a A$2.0m Entitlement Offer issued at the same price.

 The Placement is not subject to shareholder approval and will fall within the Company’s placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

The Company reserves the right to take up to A$1.0m in oversubscriptions.
