The Company is proposing to raise approximately $25 million by way of a Placement of up to approximately 104.2 million new ordinary fully paid shares issued at $0.24 per security.
The Company reserves the right to take oversubscriptions up to a maximum of A$10 million.
The offer price of $0.24 represents a 12.7% discount to last close of $0.275, a 13.8% discount to 5-day VWAP of $0.278 and a 17.5% discount to 10-day VWAP of $0.291
Funds from the Placement will be applied towards funding development of the Mahenge graphite project in Tanzania.
