Bionomics Limited (ASX:BNO) is seeking to raise approximately $11.9m consisting of:

• The issue of approximately 48.1m shares to BNO’s largest shareholder BVF Partners L.P. to raise approximately $7.9m at $0.1637 per share (“Cornerstone Placement”); and
• The issue of approximately 24.3m shares to sophisticated and professional investors to raise approximately $4.0m at $0.1637 per share  (“Institutional Placement”)

New shares under the placement will rank pari passu with existing shares.

The offer price of $0.1637 represents a 5.6% discount to last close on 9 November 2018 of $0.155 and a 8.0% discount to 15 day VWAP of $0.152.
