Shaw and Partners has been appointed Co-Manager to the NB Global Corporate Income Trust Initial Public Offering.  The Trust intends to list on the ASX under the stock code ASX:NBI.

The NB Global Corporate Income Trust is managed by Neuberger Berman Australia Pty Limited, which is part of Neuberger Berman.  Equity Trustees Limited is the responsible entity of the trust and is seeking to raise a minimum of $150,000,000 and up to $500,000,000 through the issue of units at a subscription price of $2.00 per unit.

The initial target annualised distribution amount per unit, which will be paid monthly by the Trust, is 5.25% per annum (net of fees and expenses) on the subscription price.
