On Saturday 6^th of March, the 2021 NSW Surf Life Saving Championships took place at Swansea Belmont SLSC, Blacksmiths NSW.

The NSW Surf Life Saving Championships see the best athletes from across the state go head-to-head in a series of water and beach events including Iron events, Board, Ski, Surf Race, Rescue events, Beach Flags, Sprints and relays.

The North Bondi SLSC, represented by Shaw and Partners Brand Ambassadors Jackson Collins and Noah Havard, took out the win in both the Open Male Taplin Relay and Open Mixed Double Ski, making it the first time in the club’s history. 

The North Bondi SLSC was led to victory in the Open Male Taplin Relay by Jackson Collins, a member of the Australian Kayak Team and 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games hopeful athlete, who also partnered with Brianna Massie to take out the gold in the Open Mixed Double Ski.

North Bondi SLSC, coached by Shaw and Partners Race Team Manager Jim Walker, ranked 6^th (out of 50+ clubs) in the total club point score at the end of the event.
