Shaw and Partners Brand Ambassadors and professional Ironman and Ironwoman champions Ali Day and Georgia Miller mixed up their training regime this morning at Sydney Academy of Sport Narrabeen with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.

Trading paddle boards and surf skis for footballs and tackle bags, Ali and Georgia were thrilled to be put through their paces by Sea Eagles Head Coach, Des Hasler, and Head of Performance, Donny Singe.

Both Georgia Miller and Ali Day had an outstanding 2020/21 racing season, both going down in Surf Life Saving history books. Georgia recently dominated “Aussies” - the most prestigious event on the Surf Life Saving calendar, winning 9 from 9 gold medals and Ali made history with the first ever clean sweep win of six from six rounds in the Nutri-Grain Ironman Series and then rounded out his perfect season with the prestigious (and Ali's first ever) Aussies Open Ironman gold.
