Shaw and Partners appointed Co-Manager to the VGI Partners Asian Investments Limited IPO News03 Sep 2019

VGI Partners is establishing a new investment strategy focused on Asian equities and accessible solely through a new ASX-listed investment company, VGI Partners Asian Investments Limited (ASX:VG8).

 

Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Co-Manager to the Issue.

 

The Initial Public Offer comprises a Cornerstone Offer (completed), Priority Offer, Broker Firm Offer and General Offer, each of which is described in the Prospectus, lodged with ASIC on the 2nd of September 2019.

 

The Initial Public Offer is seeking to raise a minimum of $250 million and a maximum of $800 million with the ability to accept a further $200 million in oversubscriptions. The offer price is $2.50 per new ordinary share in VG8.
