Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Lead Manager to the proposed IPO of MacArthur Minerals Limited.


MacArthur Minerals (TSX:MMS) is a TSX Venture Exchange listed iron ore development stage company seeking to dual list on the ASX under the stock code ASX: MIO.


The company is seeking to raise up to $7.5m at $0.25 per security.


MacArthur Minerals is focused on bringing its 100% owned Lake Giles project into production, located in the Yilgarn region of Western Australia. Lake Giles comprises a 1.3Bt Magnetite resource and the 80Mt Hematite resource. The company has secured a binding Life-of-Mine Off-take Agreement with Glencore International and is focused on commercialising its iron ore projects following its listing on the ASX with the completion of a bankable feasibility study in the near-term.
