Shaw and Partners appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the Pengana Private Equity Trust offer News22 Feb 2019

Shaw and Partners has been appointed as a Joint Lead Manager alongside with Taylor Collison and Bell Potter to the offer of ordinary units in Pengana Private Equity Trust made under the Product Disclosure Statement dated 11 February 2019.


Pengana Investment Management Limited as the responsible entity of the Trust is seeking to raise a minimum of $200,000,000 through the issue of units at the subscription price of $1.25 per unit.


Grosvenor Capital Management has been appointed as the investment manager of the Trust. 


The Pengana Private Equity is a newly constituted managed investment scheme, which has been registered with ASIC. Following completion of the offer, it is proposed that the Trust will be listed on the ASX as an investment entity under the code ASX: PE1.

A Product Disclosure Statement for the Trust (“PDS”) will be made available on the date the offer opens (which is expected to be 26 February 2019).
