Shaw and Partners appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the IPO of Happy Valley Nutrition News12 Nov 2019

Shaw and Partners is pleased to be appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the proposed IPO of Happy Valley Nutrition Limited.

 

The company is seeking to raise up to $15.0m at $0.20 per security. The company intends to list on the ASX under the stock code ASX: HVM.

 

The offer is open to Australian resident clients.
