Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Joint Lead Manager to the equity capital raising by Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI)


QRI is undertaking an accelerated 1 for 1 non renounceable entitlement offer under which eligible unitholders are invited to apply for 1 new unit for every 1 existing units held on the record date at $1.60 per new unit. 


QRI seeks to provide unit holders with monthly distributions and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of secured real estate loans predominantly located in Australia.


Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund is a real estate financier and investment manager, with committed capital of approx. $2bn.  QRI has not had a negative year of performance since their inception and they have a high quality board.  QRI has invested in a range of commercial, industrial and residential real estate assets and has helped their partners bring major projects to life and provided investors with strong, risk-adjusted returns. Typical secured real estate loans across the commercial real estate finance market include: Land loans, Construction loans, Investment loans and other loans.
