Shaw and Partners appointed as joint lead manager to the 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund IPO News02 Oct 2019

Following the completion of the $50 million pre-IPO raising, the 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund (Fund) has now completed a $65 million Institutional Book Build which was oversubscribed as of yesterday.


360 Capital FM Limited, the responsible entity of the Fund and 360 Capital Digital Management as investment manager of the Fund, have entered into an underwriting agreement for the $65 million capital raising with joint lead managers and underwriters Shaw and Partners, Moelis Australia and Morgans.


The Retail Offer is scheduled to open on the 9 October 2019 and close on the 28 October 2019. The Retail Offer is only open to clients of the joint lead managers.


360 Capital Group (ASX: TGP) and 360 Capital Total Return Fund (ASX: TOT) securityholders, who were on the register on 30 September 2019, will be able to participate in the capital raising through the $10 million Priority Offer sub underwritten by TGP.


The Fund is scheduled to list on the ASX on the 4 November 2019 under the code ASX: TDI.
