The Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series made its inaugural visit to the picturesque Swansea Belmont beach for the Shaw and Partners Swansea Belmont Classic and the first-ever RACE ONE WORLD YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP, delivering an unforgettable weekend of surf sports.

 

Amid dramatic storms, $75,000 in prize money, and intense competition, the event showcased both triumphs and surprises. Swansea Belmont, a surf club steeped in history and pride, set the perfect stage for the weekend’s high-octane racing.

 

Open Ironwoman

In a nail-biting Ironwoman final, eight competitors entered the last leg with a real shot at victory. Ultimately, Shaw and Partners Brand Ambassador Georgia Fitzsimmons drew on her experience and determination to secure her first win of the season. Lizzie Welborn kept her title hopes alive with a strong second-place finish, while Jasmine Rayward achieved her career-best result in the series, catapulting herself into contention for the overall title.

Race One World Youth Championship


The Race One World Youth Championship debuted on December 8 during the Shaw and Partners Swansea Belmont Classic, drawing over 310 young athletes. Shaw and Partners and Race One Surf Craft proudly supported this milestone event, empowering the next generation of surf sports stars.
