Shaw and Partners appointed Co-Manager to the Westpac Capital Notes 6 Offer News12 Nov 2018

Today Westpac has announced an offer of fully paid, non-cumulative, convertible, redeemable and transferable, perpetual, unsecured and subordinated notes which will be quoted on the ASX   under the trading code WBCPI.

 

Shaw and Partners has been appointed a Co-Manager to the Westpac Capital Notes 6 Offer.

 

Westpac intends to raise $750 million (issue price of $100 per note) with the ability to raise more or less.

 

The Offer includes a Reinvestment Offer, which is an Offer to Eligible Westpac Capital Notes (ASX: WBCPD) holders.
