With triumph and tenacity, Erebus Motorsport soars in Townsville Supercars Championship.

Shaw and Partners, as a proud partner, is delighted to celebrate the remarkable performance of Erebus Motorsport's Coca Cola Racing team in Races 16 and 17 of the Townsville Supercars Championship.

Brown took the series lead with an impressive performance, while Kostecki clinched a well-deserved podium finish in Sunday's race.

In Race 16, Erebus Motorsport's Will Brown demonstrated exceptional skill to take the championship lead.

Starting from his 4th career pole position, Brown overcame an early stumble to regain a podium position and ultimately secured victory, marking his 5th career win and the team's 6th win of 2023.

On the other hand, Brodie Kostecki, faced mechanical issues that slowed his performance, finishing 19th but still maintaining a solid 2nd in the standings.

In Sunday’s Race 17, Kostecki made a dramatic comeback, delivering a masterclass performance that landed him a well-deserved podium finish.

Despite an initial setback that saw him drop to P6, Kostecki's strategic driving saw him move up the ranks, culminating in a thrilling pass of Andre Heimgartner, securing 2nd place on the podium.

Meanwhile, Brown, after an initial slip to P11, fought back admirably to finish in a respectable 6th position.

The team now eagerly awaits the next round at Sydney Motorsport Park in three weeks’ time, fuelled by their recent achievements and the continued support of Shaw and Partners.
