Shaw and Partners has been appointed as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager to the proposed capital raising by Beamtree Holdings Limited (ASX.BMT).
The Company is seeking to raise A$5.0 million by issuing approximately 20.0 million new ordinary fully paid shares in the Company by way of a single tranche institutional placement under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A.
