Over the weekend, Shaw and Partners was delighted to donate $75,000 to Feel the Magic, Erebus Motorsport’s official charity partner since 2018.

Shaw and Partners recently took over as title partner of the Melbourne based racing team with Shaw and Partners branding appearing across the team’s cars for the remainder of the 2021 Repco Supercars Championship.

Ahead of the iconic Repco Bathurst 1000 race held at Mount Panorama, Shaw and Partners made a pledge to donate $25,000 for each Erebus Commodore that made the Top Ten Shootout on Saturday’s qualify, with an additional $25,000 per car that crossed the line inside the top ten on Sunday.

After a provisional pole position secured by Will Brown on Friday, Erebus Motorsport’s cars qualified 9th and 10th on Saturday, earning Feel the Magic a $50,000 donation by Shaw and Partners, with another $25,000 donated on Sunday for Kostecki/Russell securing their first Repco Bathurst 1000 podium.

Shaw and Partners is proud to support Feel the Magic, an Australian charity providing early intervention grief education programs for kids aged 7 to 17, who are experiencing pain and isolation due to the death of a parent, guardian or sibling.

1 in every 20 children aged 7-17 will experience the death of a parent. In Australia, just over 300,000 children will lose a parent before they reach the age of 18. Feel the Magic wants to create a world where grieving kids and their families feel supported, empowered, and can begin to move forward with their lives.
